The Evangelistic Block Party Trailer (EBPT) is a powerful ministry tool provided by the Ellis Baptist Association to help churches connect with their communities, share the gospel, and build meaningful relationships.
Evangelistic block parties are a fun and effective way to:
- Share the gospel through intentional and relational outreach.
- Cultivate relationships and minister to your local community.
- Strengthen your church’s presence and reputation in the community.
- Expand your church’s prospect list.
- Connect with unchurched individuals in a relaxed environment.
- Participate in local festivals and community events.
The key to success: Be Intentional and Relational!
Churches may use the trailer for the purpose of outreach.

How to Reserve the Block Party Trailer and Cargo Trailer
Reserving is easy, but spots fill quickly, so plan ahead!
EBA Block Party Trailer:
- For EBA Churches: Reserve at least two weeks in advance with a $75 donation plus $50 deposit.
- For Non-EBA Churches: Reserve at least one month in advance with a $250 donation plus $100 deposit.
EBA Cargo Trailer:
- For EBA Churches: Reserve at least two weeks in advance with a $75 donation.
EBA Cargo Trailer
Our original trailer is now designated as the Cargo Trailer and is available for churches to rent for mission and ministry needs.
Ideal uses include:
- Transporting supplies to church camps
- Church planting support
- Disaster relief assistance
- Ministry storage transport
- General hauling for church-related needs
Rental Process Checklist:
Please review the updated rental process below:
Step 1: Submit Request Form
Complete the online Trailer Request Form to check availability.
Step 2: Receive Rental Agreement
If your requested dates are available, you will receive the rental agreement.
Step 3: Submit Required Documents
Return the following:
- Signed rental agreement
- Certificate of insurance
- Any required supporting documents
All documents must be received before the rental is confirmed.
Step 4: Submit Payment
Payment options:
- Pay online
- Bring a check at time of pickup
We no longer mail checks.
Step 5: Pick Up Trailer
Coordinate pickup time once paperwork and payment are complete.
Step 6: Return & Inspection
Upon return:
- Trailer will be inspected
- If no damage is found, deposits will be released
